I. Product Overview
The GFC series magnetic compass azimuth circles are designed for use on marine magnetic compasses of various specifications conforming to Class A standards. The GFC series azimuth circles are designed and manufactured in accordance with the shipbuilding industry standard GB/T 335-2005, "Marine Compass Azimuth Circles." This series of azimuth circles is categorized according to the diameter of the compass bowl into models GFC-130, GFC-165, GFC-190, and GFC-165A.
II. Main Technical Specifications
The azimuth ring can operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30° to +60°.
The aiming line mark on the prism box should coincide with the 0-degree mark on the circular body, with a deviation of no more than 0.6 mm.
The centerline of the aiming notch on the plate, together with the aiming line and the reference mark, should be located on the aiming surface, and their deviation should be ≤0.5 mm.
When the aiming line and the aiming seam plate are aligned vertically, they should be perpendicular to the circle body. The left-right deviation of the seam and line should be less than 12', and the front-back deviation should be 10'.
All components of the azimuth ring should be made from high-quality, non-magnetic materials with sufficient strength.
The azimuth circle should rotate smoothly on its associated compass and should not exhibit any lateral movement that could cause a reading error greater than 0.20.
