    • Product Introduction

      The integrated automation system for LNG carriers serves as the monitoring and control center as well as the safety assurance center for the vessel’s processes and equipment. This system primarily comprises systems such as the liquid cargo management system, engine room monitoring system, and safety system. It is one of the core information systems for LNG carriers, mainly performing functions including LNG loading and unloading, LNG tank monitoring, high-pressure pipeline monitoring, compressor monitoring, security monitoring, and LNG supply system monitoring.

      Product Composition

      • The system primarily consists of systems such as the liquid cargo management system, the engine room monitoring system, and the safety system.

      • The system primarily consists of a process control cabinet, a monitoring workstation, an optional extended alarm unit, and an optional engine crew alarm button box.

      • The process control cabinet can be optionally equipped with a floor-mounted control cabinet or a wall-mounted control box. The dimensions of the process control cabinet can be customized according to the available on-site space.

      • The monitoring workstation can be optionally equipped with a maritime computer and monitor combination, an all-in-one device, or a touchscreen. The all-in-one device, monitor, and touchscreen are available in various sizes.

      • Optional 4G connectivity devices or third-party onboard networking terminals can be used in conjunction with a ship operation management cloud to enable shore-based monitoring and operational management of vessel status.
