Product Introduction
The CMC-PLC-5000 marine programmable controller comprises a controller, I/O modules, a communication module, and signal boards. It is equipped with a dedicated high-speed processor chip and supports configuration development using the IEC61131-3 standard language suite, as well as common communication protocols such as Ethernet, serial bus, and CAN bus. This controller is designed for centralized collection and transmission of various types of information in fields such as marine applications and automation. Through programmable embedded software design, it can perform control functions including data acquisition, logical operations, and safety monitoring.
Product Features

Supports up to 16 tasks, with a minimum task execution time of 1 ms.
Supports up to 4-channel high-frequency pulse outputs at up to 200 kHz, 6-channel high-speed counting at 200 kHz, and the master controller’s DI can capture pulses at up to 1 MHz.
Supports adding 1 signal board + 8 IO modules.
The two-channel Ethernet interface can form a simple switch network, supporting the Modbus TCP protocol and Ethernet redundancy configuration.
The RS485 interface of Channel 1 can simultaneously connect third-party devices and an HMI touch screen, and supports Modbus RTU/PROFIBUS-DP/free-port communication.
Supports extended thermoresistance and thermocouple signal acquisition, CAN 2.0 communication, and RTU communication.
It adopts the same wiring method as the Siemens S7-Smart200, making it easy to replace in existing markets.
