Product Details

    • The CMC-DCS-6000 marine discrete control system is a platform hardware device independently designed and developed by CSSC Navigation for large-scale ship monitoring applications. This product is equipped with a high-performance master control module, featuring a system-wide scan cycle as low as 10 ms. Within two scan cycles, it can complete hot standby redundancy switchover, and it also supports sequential event recording with a time resolution of 1 ms. Through flexible card configuration, it can accommodate various conventional hard-wired interfaces such as AI, AO, DI, DO, RTD, TC, and SOE, and supports communication protocols including Modbus TCP/RTU, CAN Open, NMEA 0183, and custom protocols. The product supports rapid configuration and development using IEC61131-3 standard languages, and provides commonly used graphical and functional logic modules tailored to ship application scenarios, enabling quick configuration and development of both the user interface and functional logic.

       

      Product Composition

      • Controller: The controller module is the core control module and supports redundancy.

      • Controller Redundancy Communication Module: A redundancy module used in the master control chassis to provide chassis redundancy control functionality.

      • Expansion module: Used in the main control chassis to enable communication between the main control chassis and the expansion chassis.

      • Analog Input Module: 8-channel isolated analog input module.

      • Analog Output Module: 8-channel isolated analog output module.

      • Digital Input Module: 24-channel 24V grouped-isolated digital input module.

      • Digital Output Module: 24-channel 24V grouped isolated digital output module.

      • Thermoresistance Signal Acquisition Module: 8-channel isolated thermoresistance acquisition module.

      • Thermocouple Signal Acquisition Module: 8+1-channel isolated thermocouple acquisition module.

      • SOE Digital Input Module: 24-channel, 24V grouped-isolated event sequence recording module.

      • RS-422 bus communication module: Supports communication with serial devices such as MODBUS-RTU and custom serial ports.

      • PROFIBUS-DP bus communication module: Supports communication with field DP devices.

      • NMEA0183 Bus Communication Module: Supports communication via the NMEA0183 protocol.

      • Second Pulse Distribution Module: Used for distributing a single PPS second pulse into multiple channels.

      • Pulse Synchronization Module: Provides high-precision time synchronization between chassis and supplies power to the chassis.

      • 18-Slot Chassis: A 18-slot chassis used to install various functional modules, including the master controller, communication module, IO module, and power supply.

      • 14-Slot Chassis: A 14-slot chassis used to install various functional modules, including the master controller, communication module, IO module, and power supply.

      • 10-Slot Chassis: A 10-slot chassis used to install various functional modules, including the main controller, communication module, IO module, and power supply.

       

      Product Features

      • Full redundancy: The system network, control network, controllers, communication modules, I/O modules, and power interface modules can all be configured with redundancy. The system supports chassis-level redundancy, ensuring that any single-point failure will not affect system functionality.

      • Multiple isolation: Isolation between the system power supply and the field power supply, as well as electrical isolation between module channels and the system.

      • Safety Design Philosophy: Leveraging numerous safety system design principles, such as signal quality bit judgment and fail-safe design, to enhance system safety.

      • Reliability Design Philosophy: Meet derating design requirements and then effectively enhance system reliability through measures such as FMECA and reliability growth testing.

      • High Performance: 50M high-speed internal Profibus-DP bus, with a master CPU clock speed up to 800 MHz;

      • High compatibility: Based on industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP fieldbus architectures, it is compatible with and supports fieldbus protocols such as Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP, and accommodates star, ring, or bus topologies.

      • User-friendly human-machine interface: A feature-rich HMI interface, control algorithm programming software compliant with IEC61131-3, and support for users to customize various function blocks and script languages.

      • Online Upgrade: Firmware can be remotely upgraded, hardware configurations and control algorithms can be flexibly modified, and in-field, non-stop, and seamless updates are supported.

      • Openness: Flexibly supports the integration of third-party devices via a communication module, or the connection to third-party devices.

      • Rich diagnostics: All modules are equipped with intelligent diagnostic units that can perform self-diagnoses—either directly or indirectly—of power supply status, communication status, module operating status, signal open circuit/short circuit/out-of-range/over-range conditions, and more. These units provide comprehensive system status diagnostic information and support real-time fault reporting.

      • Easy to use: Supports cabinet mounting and wall mounting; compact size, lightweight, front cable entry, and easy maintenance.
