      Product Introduction

      The CMC-IAMCS-E01 ship propulsion remote control system is a marine propulsion electronic remote control system based on PLC technology. It provides automatic closed-loop and open-loop control of propeller pitch and main engine speed, and includes emergency control functions. Optionally, an security system can be added as needed to protect the main engine.

       

      Product Composition

      • The system consists primarily of two main components: a security system and a remote control system. The security system and the remote control system can operate completely independently.

      • With different hardware configurations and software programs, this system is suitable for various vessels, different types of propulsion systems, and varying numbers of propulsion units.

      • This system features cab control, dual-cab wing control, central control room control, and on-machine control. At any given moment, only one of these operation modes—corresponding to a single location—is active.

      • The user-friendly, easy-to-operate touchscreen displays the current status and alarm signals, and also allows you to set and modify parameters directly via the touchscreen.

      • Optional or supported connection to common marine speed sensors, tachometers, and other such devices;

      • Optional or supported marine propulsion system control handles in various forms are available: single-link, dual-link, electrically controlled shaft, and non-electrically controlled shaft handles, to meet different requirements.
