(Dr. Liu Juncheng delivers a keynote speech)

Dr. Liu Juncheng of CSSC Navigation stated that CSSC Navigation is the birthplace of China's traditional marine gyrocompasses and also a pioneer in the fiber-optic compass industry. The "Blue Sun" series of fiber-optic compasses developed by CSSC Navigation represent a new-generation marine gyrocompass independently researched and developed based on the advantages of the fiber-optic communication industry cluster. These compasses feature short startup times, high heading accuracy, maintenance-free operation throughout their entire service life, and the ability to provide ship attitude information. The first set of "Blue Sun" fiber-optic compasses has been installed and operating stably for 10 years since 2013, with a total of nearly 200 units installed on commercial vessels. They have obtained certification from both CCS and DNV classification societies.

According to feedback from installation users, the “Blue Sun” series fiber optic gyrocompass features a short startup time, stable performance over long periods of operation, and requires no maintenance throughout its entire service life, thereby significantly reducing shipowners’ management and operational costs. In addition, CSSC Navigation has more than 50 global service locations covering over 100 major international ports, enabling it to provide better support and protection for ocean-going vessels and deliver even more specialized services.

(Interacting with guests in front of the booth)

At the event site, the “Blue Sun” fiber-optic gyrocompass booth attracted attention from numerous guests, including shipowners and mechanical engineers from ship management companies. They expressed recognition and high expectations for the new-generation fiber-optic gyrocompass in the shipping market, collectively contributing to the advancement of green and safe shipping.

CSSC Navigation consistently upholds the core values of “customer first, innovation and progress, collaborative efficiency, and responsible commitment,” and is committed to putting the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party into practice through concrete actions, striving wholeheartedly to make outstanding contributions to the maritime industry.
